We hope you are delighted with your Richard James purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all Savile Row tailoring tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring any delicate tailoring is folded carefully to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
